Windows 10: Screen freezes

Hello,I've been having this problem for roughly 2 months now. Sometimes the whole screen freezes except the cursor. Most of the times it happened when I tried to switch windows from a borderless application by using Alt+Esc or clicking sth on my 2nd monitor. When it happens I can still move the cursor, hear sound, and even interact with the system. I have tr

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!
