Windows 10: Screen freezes

I used to get a blue screen error now it keeps freezing i had first the iqrl one then the kernel one its a brand new laptop on windows 10 it even has the windows 11 requirements now i just can't work with it since it keeps freezing and i have to restart it what do i do ?

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!
