    Screen freezing and blue screen


    Hi, I just bought a Lenovo E 14 one month ago and very soon it started to have screen freezes in which windows 11 freeze completely, it manifests randomly, regardless of the application or the open window. I tried all the methods and recommendations found on the internet, the problem was still not solved. I tried to lower the screen resolution, to do different scans of the hard drive, system, etc., nothing worked. Even more, I started having blue screens when it crashes. it doesn't recover from these blue screens either, it's completely frozen and I have to force boot it.Please, I need help

    Lots of Blue Screens

    Just ran it several times, didn't blue screen or freeze once. it took about a minute and my highest score was 7436. This Good?

    -Update-
    just ran the everest stress test on cache and it said hardware failure and blue screened bccode 7f.
