Windows 10: Screen froze and keyboard combos don’t do anything

Ok. The screen completely froze and I tried every combo that would supposedly fix it. Mouse isn’t even moving. I always have to wait until it’s dead to go back to normal. This is an every now and then freeze and I’m tired of it. Please help.

Method 1: Try running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all
  option on the left panel.
• Run the Hardware and Devices.

Method 2: You may check if the Ctrl key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

• 
  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard).
  
• 
  And check if it works.

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.
