    I changed my colour gamma settings using different 3rd party applications and the two that worked the best are Colorize and QuickGamma.I didn't just change the gamma, but I also boosted the gamma of red colour so just increasing the gamma overall won't help.The problem shows when fullscreen games come to place. EVERY game changes the colour balance and gamma back to their default values, and when I exit the game, the gamma profile stays the same as it was during the game.Then I have to set up the gammas again, and the "colorize" app even requires a PC restart.I have thought of two possible sol

    Hi!

    It doesn't matter if i set/reset or do whatever in Diablo 3 about the gamma-settings.

    Problem is still the same.

    In League of Legends you can't adjust the brightness/gamma.

    I just changed from "Fullscreen windowed" to "Fullscreen" and back again.

    No change at all.

    I even re-installed the newest driver for my Nvidia - Card.

    Changing settings there (gamma, color and brightness not through windows but through the driver) didn't change anything.

    I don't know what to do.

    Screen changes after fullscreening

    It happens when i enter fullscreen mode on any application such as media player, it also happens when i select fullscreen mode on youtube and twitch videos, as well as with games in full screen.

    The changes happen at the start of fullscreen mode and i have to tab out and reset the resolution by changing it and then changing it back for it to be reset to normal using the nvidia control panel.

    Creators update- games ignore nvidia ctrl panel color profile

    The Windows display profile usually only works in borderless window mode. Games that use full screen exclusive mode usually reset the gamma ramp. Windows would restore the gamma ramp when you quit the game. Some games like Dota 2 have a "-nogammaramp" launch parameter which use the display profile even in fullscreen exclusive mode.

    With the Creators update, I noticed two things changed. Windows does not restore the gamma ramp after quitting a fullscreen exclusive mode game. Thus the gamma ramp is broken on both the desktop as well as in other games launched afterwards. The "-nogammaramp" parameter no longer works in Dota 2.
