Windows 10: Screen "glitching"/flickering/flashing for one particular user

Hello,


I have a user that has used multiple workstations with new images and is having the same issue across all machines. The screen flickers/flashes on certain things making it hard to type and navigate the screen at times. most notably the taskbar/start menu will flicker and flash making it difficult to close programs as well. I have tried updating graphics drivers with no luck and then replaced the machine this user was working with. The problem persisted on the new machine both were towers and this user is now working from home using a laptop with the same issue following them onto the laptop. It stands to reason that there may be an issue with this person's user account within AD, but it makes no sense that the screen would flicker/flash like this across multiple machines. It may also be worth noting that the task manager does NOT flicker when opened, but as I have said, the issue has followed this user over multiple machines and graphics drivers have been updated on all of them. If anyone can help resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
