Windows 10: Screen Glitching Issue on Windows 10

I'm using an hp windows 10 laptop. When i try to move the flap of the laptop, the screen starts glitching with lots of vertical and horizontal lines. A day ago, it was a lot worse. The screen was glitching at random times. So I started my pc in safe mode, uninstalled the display driver and restarted the pc. But I think it didn't work because my laptop still glitches when I try to move the flap. I can't figure out what's wrong. But recently, there was windows update and this issue started since then. Help Me pleasee!

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Screen Flickering Black and Graphical Glitches

I understand the inconvenience that you are unable to access the system after an update on Windows 10, we will help you with this issue.

As the issue does not persists in safe mode I suggest to perform the below troubleshooting steps and check:

Follow the below steps:

• 
  From the Lock screen, click on
  Power button.
  
• 
  Press and hold the Shift key from the Keyboard and Click on
  Restart and try to enter the Safe mode.
  

Kindly try to start your computer in Safe mode from the Windows Recovery Environment.

• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot
  > Advanced options > Startup Settings >Restart.
• After your PC restarts, select a startup setting as Safe Mode with Networking by pressing the corresponding number.

Once you have entered into the Safe mode then, try to update the drivers

Step 2: Check if the NVIDIA graphics card is detected in device manager. If it is detected, update it's drivers and check if that helps.

  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  In the list of Hardware categories, double-click the category your device is in and then double-tap the device you want. For example, to see your video card, click Display adapters, and then double-click the video
  card name.
  
• 
  Click the Driver tab, click
  Update Driver, and then follow the instructions. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
  

Step 3: If that does not fix the issue, please reinstall the display adapter drivers.

  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Display adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display adapter that is listed and click “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer and download, install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.
