Windows 10: screen goes black and switches displays

about every minute or so this will happen. the second screen with have a small display and the zom out and pc will go back to normal. it turns black before they screen switches. summery: I have 2 screens, and every few minutes or sometimes every few seconds my screen will turn black and switch displays for like a a second or two. i have tried to fix it with youtube tutorials or using cmd prompt find corrupt system files. please help me this is getting annoying

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

Issue with black screen, dual display, ATI Integrated GPU

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to go to device manager and disable the display drivers, check whether the issue persists or not.

• Press Windows + X keys and click
  Device manager.
• Click to expand Display adapters, right click the second adapter and click
  Disable.
• Restart the computer and check whether the issue persists or not.
• Repeat the same steps to disable the first display adapter and check if it helps.

If you find the issue is with anyone of the display adapters then, I suggest you to update the display drivers from the manufactures website for Windows 10 and check if it helps.
