Windows 10: Screen goes black when I stop any activity on laptop i.e. if I'm reading something

I have latest version of windows 10 running on my laptop. Everything works fine. There is one issue I want to ask about. It's that when I stop using laptop i.e. when I'm sitting idle or reading something on laptop my laptop screen goes black and right as I move the mouse, the display starts working again plus it refreshes every window too. It's really frustrating. Can anyone please tell me whether it's a technical issue with display or is it some kind of driver not working properly? So that I can get it fixed.
