Windows 10: Screen goes black when using programs and the program that I use crashes

I have built a new pc and I have been using it for a month now. When I first built it the screen was going black when oppening a program or while in a program, then I updated the windows, re installed chipset and graphics card drivers and the problem went away. But today I am having this issue constantly and it is driving me mad. While in a program strangely not in games some time later the screen goes black then screen displays the port about 3-4 seconds later my desktop re-appears but the taskbar becomes black and the icons on it become invisible but I can press them to open like google ch

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.

Screen goes black when opening certain programs

Hi, this issue started recently. No software or hardware changes were made around the time.

I have 3 monitors, and whenever I open certain programs, one of the side monitors will go black.

I have ruled out loose connectors, and other hardware issues, as it's usually the monior the program is on that goes black.

For instance if I open spotify on my left monitor, it will go black, and my monitor says that it has no input.

As soon as I click on another window, or my desktop, the screen turns back on.

I was wondering if anyone have had similar issues, and/or have a solution to my problem.
