Windows 10: Screen is not aligned with display

My screen will not align no matter what I do with my settings. I am using an AMD 6900xt and cannot get it to work as you can see in the picture the screen is up and to the right in comparison to where it should be. Screen is also touch enabled and that part works fine, but is also misaligned due to the screen being misaligned

Non-Aligned Display in Windows 10

This issue with your screen alignment can be due to incompatible display driver. As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you update your display driver. Keeping your drivers up-to-date will ensure the quality performance of your device.
To update your display driver, you'll need to start your PC in safe mode, uninstall your current display adapter, and then check for driver updates. Here's how:

• Start your PC in safe mode, then right-click the
  Start button and select Device Manager.
• Expand the Display adapters section, right-click the listed adapter, then select
  Uninstall device. Select the Delete the driver software for this device check box, then select
  Uninstall and restart your PC.
• After your PC restarts, press the Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the
  Start button and then select Settings.
• From Settings, select Update & security > Windows Update >
  Check for updates.

Once done with the updates, check if the screen alignment is back to normal.

Can you set certain applications to not display on second monitor?

This concern may be due to your display configuration. In order to resolve this issue, we suggest that you edit it by following these steps:

• Press Windows + I.
• Select System, and then Display.
• Under Multiple displays select Extend these displays.
• Also, your display screens should be aligned. See picture below for reference:
