Windows 10: Screen keeps turning black and headphone quality gets worse randomly.

Hey,My screen keeps randomly turning black when I click on a video Youtube, Whatsapp, any video. And my headphone and mic quality randomly gets worse too. When i rotate my headphone jack in my PC it seems to fix itself most of the time. What do I do?

screen turns black at random

i finally managed to install the latest catalyst package (6.9), and now.... whatever game i´m running, my screen randomly turns black for 2-3 seconds during gameplay... *Bang Head :banghead: could this be the VPURecover kicking in? Any ideas someone?
