Windows 10: Screen limits turning self off

I set up screen and app time limits for my daughter's win10 PC, But all she has to do is reboot her machine and the limits turn off? Is there a fix for this?

windows 10 lock screen slideshow timing...

  Type Lock screen in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit
