Windows 10: Screen locking even when screen time out is set to 'never'

My screen will lock less than 10 minutes after I have stopped actively using it. I have changed the screen timeout settings to 'never' for both when the laptop is plugged in and when it is running on battery power. I have also tried to change the time to '1 hour' to see if that changed anything, but no luck. I need it to stay active for longer as I display work for my students. Please help!!

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit

Step 2b is labeled as Change the Login Screen Image, but the steps show you how to change the Lock Screen image. Step 2a is irrelevant. It only tells you how to change the desktop background.

What I want to do:
Set Spotlight as the LOCK Screen Image(s) - Done
Set the Win 10 Hero Image as the SIGN IN Screen Image - This is the one that shows after you click on the lock screen and you are able to type your password. If I uncheck "Show Lock Screen Image on Sign In Screen", it shows a solid blue background behind my Password box and user image. This is what I want to change to the Hero Image....
