Windows 10: Screen name Help

I am signed in to my Microsoft acct on my computer. I have already changed my screen name, however, when I log off and restart again its still showing my old name on my monitor, how can I fix this if it is already changed on the Microsoft acct ?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
