Windows 10: screen on shows half of message,

only part of any message shows o my screen. i have to scroll to see the other half.

how do i fix this?

windows is only showing on the bottom half of the screen

I get the bottom half of the computer screen, with the same screen displayed as a box in the upper left. I did a system restore and a maximize windows with no effect. Any suggestions?

Media player is not properly running the display shows only half screen.
