Windows 10: Screen or the System Freezes When wakes up from sleep mode

So almost few weeks ago my close one broke my 2 monitor and i was stuck with my 3rd Baddest monitor. Then I plugged in the second tv in my house and I was playing untill I saw something wrong I host Minecraft server on my computer to play with friends and goes afk sometimes while hosting. Then my computers goes into inactive sleep mode and when it wakes up the tv wakes up and the bad monitor wakes up then it goes blue screen saying no source found and then my computer freezes. I Knew it was my computer because i couldn't refresh graphic drivers nothing was working even turning off so I turned

system freezes up in sleep mode, one monitor on and the other a sleep. Can not wake up system without hard reboot. Any suggestions?

system can't wake up from sleep mode

When i wake up system from sleep mode, it is fully hanged or nothing can't work, display is fully freeze. Nothing is working at that time.

when wake up it is showing the display but it is freez.
