Windows 10: screen printer does not support

At startup, the screen printer cannot be used, but after saving it as a PDF through print preview, it can be successfully printed by the printer, and then restarted to complete the screen printer

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

  Click on Hardware and Sound.

  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.
