Windows 10: Screen Randomly Fades Blacker, But Then Returns To Normal- An Unpatched Windows 11 Bug??

Hello Microsoft Community! It's probably been quite a while since I made my last post here. But I'm back with what is in my opinion, a very "interesting" topic of discussion. Be sure to keep reading to get the full details.PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:When Windows 11 officially launched on the 5th of October, I of course was quite eager to jump ship & experience the brand new OS from Microsoft! Microsoft Store Fading

Fading brightness - 2.0

Firstly, thank you for the quick response. When your reply arrived the light fading was 'up' to every 5 seconds.

I followed your suggestion. Unfortunately, the settings under 'enable adaptive brightness' were already at 'OFF', so I wasn't that. I looked next at the adjoining 'Dimmed Brightness Display' and found that both under Mains, and Battery, 30% was the setting.
I upped this to 100%, but this has not helped either, but thanks again for your suggestion. Can anyone PLEASE come up with a 'fix'? As it stands, the PC is unusable.

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
