Windows 10: Screen randomly flashes then turns a diffferent color

I go on my pc and everything is normal then after like 10 minutes my screen flickers green then turns light green and I can see stuff but everything is green it goes back and forward like this for as long as im online its not my tv because my xbox works and nothing changes can someone please help me

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.

Flashing color screens

This seems to be an ongoing issue with Microsoft, isn't there a fix for these flashing colors,everyone has tried all the fixes suggested and nothing seems to fix the problem....how do we get this issue resolved?

 

my pc screen flashes black

my screen will randomly flash black when my screen buffers. For example if I'm playing a turn based game every time i go to the next turn the screen flashes and shows black bars. I've been looking and my drivers are up to date any suggestions on how to
fix? Thanks!
