Windows 10: Screen randomly goes black and fans get louder in PC, can still hear audio and use mic

For what seems to be no reason, my screen will go black and the fans get louder. I'm still able to hear everything and talk in a voice call like normal, but I can't get the screen back on without resetting my PC with the button. Event viewer said Kernel Power 41. There was another error that looks to happen everytime it black screens, but I'm not sure if it's related. It says, "The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine.." Reliability monitor shows these two hardware errors as well: SourceWindowsSummaryHardware erro

Screen Randomly Goes Black, Fans Max Out - PC Requires Power Cycle to Recover

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Maingear PC, which I hope you can assist me in resolving. My PC's screen randomly goes black, and the fans ramp up to the highest speed. I can only restore the PC to a working state by performing a power cycle.

PC Specifications:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16 cores, 4.5 GHz, Boosts to 5.7 GHz)
  
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
  
• Cooling: MAINGEAR EPIC RGB 360 AiO Liquid Cooler
  
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
  
• Memory: 64GB FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2x32GB)
  
• Power Supply: MAINGEAR 1000W Ignition
  
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
  
• M.2 NVMe SSD: 1TB Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Enabled and disabled XMP memory in the BIOS.
   
2. Reinstalled the graphics card drivers.
   
3. Updated the BIOS firmware.
   
4. Verified that RAM modules are installed correctly.
   
5. Ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to detect file corruption.
   

Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the issue, and I am still experiencing the black screen and high fan speed symptoms.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

Pc screens turns off randomly and fans stop spinning but still hearing sound in my airpods. my keyboard, mouse, mic and pc lights are still on. this happens randomly once or 5 times a day. Can someone help me with this? I also have a picture off what it looks like.

I have a problem with my MSI Laptop, it goes Black screen randomly with backlit and fan still on, tried to Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B but nothing happen, everything that runs currently would forcedly stop (like music, game, etc) so i need to force shutdown it everytime it goes black screen. A little note, i use second monitor too, when the laptop goes black screen, the monitor shut down (it reads like i shutted down the laptop)



Tried to downgrade my windows (from Windows 11 because i thought its just a bug from W11) but i still got black screen in Windows 10. Sometimes i can't even boot to windows.

I also tried to reinstall all possible graphic drivers but still no use.

Can you please help me with it?
