Windows 10: Screen randomly goes off and on on my laptop with Windows 10

Hi everyone,


I have an Asus F555LJ with windows 10 I updated from Windows 8. My problem is that the screen goes off and on randomly especially when I watch YouTube, a Zoom conference or a recorded lecture on Cisco platform.

The screen goes dark actually blue since it's an LCD panel, not completely off, and on the left-end corner of the screen the box with the three Windows buttons appear close, reduce to an icon or put at full screen. These buttons are in the Windows 7 style.

The screen then goes on again, but the blue light filter, which I keep always on, is disabled and I have to reactivate it from the notification panel.

Everything lasts between 3 to 4 seconds. The laptop always remains on, but this issue is very annoying. I don't have any issue if I use the laptop with installed programs Latex editor, programming..., even after hours of use.

How can I fix it? I've already checked for windows updates and installed them, I manually checked also for updates for the Nvidia and Intel graphics cards, but I did't solve the problem.

Windows Search on Taskbar goes full-screen randomly

I'm running Windows 10 Pro (x64) v. 2004 build 19041.572

This problem only occurred after the latest feature update... ergo updating to 2004 release.

The problem is still very random and eventually fixes itself (supposedly) but the steps to reproduce are not identifiable at this time. It seems all the more likely to happen during a fresh session (i.e post-reboot, cold boot). It always happens at least once per session until it stops.

The problem itself is that the actual search "box" (rectangle?) or container actually grows tall enough to reach the top of my screen and also blacks out the rest of my screen... so all I see is the search box and the suggestions. This only happens when you actually try to search for something so it's not randomly activating itself but the buggy appearance does occur randomly when making the search active... if that makes sense.

Anyone run into this kinda issue yet? See below for screenshot. Yes, that is my full screen 1980 x 1020

if I do not post back soon enough... it's probably due to cloudfare not agreeing with my VPN as of late, it's been refusing my traffic solely due to my IP....

 

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
