Windows 10: Screen randomly got large.

Recently for some unknown reason, everything on my desktop got larger than I had it previously. Any app that I opened would be larger including the startup and lock screen. I checked the resolution and scale as well as the text/font size and nothing seems to be working. I use an Alienware 25 240 hertz monitor however the monitor is set to the same resolution as the desktop. It is worth noting that I also recently bought a windows 11 laptop and linked my microsoft account to it which was around the time the issue arose. What can I do to fix this?

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

Black screen large pointer everything frozen

We have a Windows 10 PC that will randomly go to a black screen with a large pointer. Ctrl,Alt,Delete does not work, nothing will function. the only way to get the PC up and running again is to hold the power button down.

Can anyone please suggest why this is happening and how we can fix the problem.
