Windows 10: Screen randomly zooming

My screen on my Toshiba windows 10 has started to Randomly zoom in and out. I have disabled touch pad, replaced mouse, disabled mouse, none of this is working


I have tried different browsers. Sometimes I can work for an hour or so with out this happening other times it happens right away. I have had to cancel virtual classes at times as I had no control of my keyboard and screen. Can anyone help?

randomly zoom in after upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7

I upgraded a desktop pc (non touch screen) from Windows 7 to Windows a week ago. The upgrade went smoothly, but it randomly zoom in by itself with all web browsers and the MS words. When that happened, it gradually zoomed in step by step until 10%. I turned
off the magnifier, but no luck. I tried to disable the magnifier by rename the magnifier.exe in system32 folder; that won't work either. I rolled it back to windows 7, no randomly zoom in any more. Any suggestion?

Desktop randomly zooming out to unknown screen.

As per the title, my desktop keeps semi randomly zooming out to I guess my activity feed? I don't know what the screen is actually called so I'm not having any luck googling the issue, searching "activity feed" turns up something else. I say semi randomly because it seems to be related to my trackpad usage, but it's not consistent. However, it's happening often enough that it's making it impossible to work. I've attached a shot of the screen in question. I'm certain I'm not palming any other keys while using it, so I don't think I'm activating a shortcut. If anyone can suggest a fix, or at least tell me what that screen is called so I can google it accurately, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

 

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?
