  1. Screen recorders stop after 60 seconds. Can't find the cause

Exactly what the title says. I've tried 3 different screen recorders;RecforthScreen recorder for Windows 11OBS studioAll of them stop after 60 seconds for no apparent reason. No errors show up whenever this happens, and it acts as if i've ended the video myself, and it happens on all video software so i think it's a problem with the PC and not the software, or a misconfiguration. How do I stop this from happening?

    :)

How to stop the screen flickering every 60 seconds

I have checked out the monitor icon, but there is another thing listed - the 230hl thing, and nothing about installing the one I just uninstalled. And the computer still flashes, every 60 seconds,

Game DVR does not record at full 60 fps. How do I make it to capture all 60 frames?

Thank you, Greg. You've done your best. Your suggestions may help other users, as they are entirely about a different issue, and I do not see a fix in any of your suggestions (meaning Game DVR records at full 60 fps as intended instead of 45-50 fps as it does now, despite 60 fps recording option being selected).

P.S. I am on a desktop PC, and I have no charger plugged in, it's not a laptop. Nothing is throttling my CPU/GPU performance, NOTHING. The games run at frames way above 60 frames per second, but the recording made by Game DVR ends up being 45-50 fps instead of selected 60 fps. It is not a throttling issue whatsoever.

I need to use Game DVR, and I have uninstalled Nvidia Shadowplay that was able to record gameplay at all 60 frames per second rock solid, not dropping a single frame. But I want to use Windows-provided software, and chose to use Game DVR, and it does not function as intended out of the box.
