Windows 10: Screen resolution stuck at 1366 x 768 after a screen replacement

I have a Thinkpad 14 G4 IAP . The original screen resolution was 1920 x 720 but after a replacement both the HDR settings and resolution settings are changes some how . The screen replacement was done in a local shop Though its a trusted shop and the screen was also the original one . I updated my drivers , uninstalled the drivers and also downloaded the drivers from the official website of the lenovo. The screen resolution is maxed out at 1366x768.Any help would be appreciated.

Open Settings (Winkey + i) then click on System then Display and then advanced display settings at the bottom.

Click on resolution and you should see the setting.
Or at least I do.
Click on the setting you want then confirm it.

I'll apologize in advance if this is answered elsewhere here, but I couldn't find it.

I just installed a new hard drive and the techs suggested it was a good idea to put fresh Windows 10 on it. (It was originally W7, later upgraded to 8 and then 8.1.

I'm generally impressed with the new OS except that it does not offer 1366 x 768 resolution, which is what my monitor wants. Is there anything I can do besides:

(1) buying a new monitor to replace a perfectly good one;

(2) Reverting to 8.1; or

(3) living with the various forms of distortion with the options provided?

I've looked online to see if there is a driver for this available, but can't find one.

Thanks, Alan. That's exactly what mine looks like-- but youtd has several more choices including the one I want. In other words, I have fewer options.

So it is probably not W 10 per se. I see a couple of other replies suggesting other solutions. I don't have time to try them tonight but will look into them tomorrow. Thanks, folks.
