Windows 10: Screen restriction

How can I remove the numbered line on top of my screen and stop an app that allow display over other apps.Once I touch the screen it draws line as shown.I have disabled all apps that allow this display but the problem is still there.I could not find the app that is restricting me from allowing app permission to download or update.I cannot receive text messages as well. Am using samsung A50 .

Unable to set restriction for local user in Windows 10

  How did you noticed that user is still able to access the drive?

  Did you log into the local user account and check the permission?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below to restrict the user.

• In File Explorer, right click on the drive which you want to restrict.
• Click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click on Edit to change the permissions.
• Uncheck all the permission for system.
• Click OK and make sure the change is applied to all subfolders and files.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
