Windows 10: Screen saver, display timer and sleep timer stopped working.

I've got a Dell AIO with Windows 11 and everything worked perfect. After the July 2023 updates KB5028851 and KB5028185, my screen saver, display timer and sleep timer stopped working. Reading through a couple of the threads on the subject here I found a temporary fix for the screen saver and display time: I set the sleep timer to "Never", which allows the screen saver and display timer to work. BUT, I need a fix for the sleep timer please.

Power, Screen saver, and Sleep settings have no affect

After a power outage yesterday I powered up the computer but never logged in. I was surprised to see that it was asleep this morning. After logging in I checked the screen off timer, 1 minute and, the sleep timer, 2 minutes. AFTER logging out the screen went off after 1 minute and sleep mode was entered about 2 minutes after that.
So I logged back in and waited for 10 minutes. No screen off or sleep mode. While logged in I reset the screen off timer to 15 minutes, sleep timer to 30 minutes and screen saver to 2 minutes. After 30 minutes nothing had happened. At that point I LOGGED OUT again and AFTER 15 minutes the screen went off (w/o screen saver) and AFTER 30+/- minutes the computer went into sleep mode.
So it seems that the screen off and sleep settings in control panel work as long as no user is logged in and that the screen saver is not working either way.
Does this make sense to anyone?

If you want a STOP Music button for Radio…

There is now such option for FM radio that was introduced with recent update. You can post a suggestion for sleep timer function to be introduced in Wp8 radio, at WP Suggestion box.

If you would like to wake up with radio instead of alarm clock sound…

Some apps can do it but not with FM radio. Here is an example of such app:

Radio sleep timer

Is there a sleep timer that works for radio? I have "Stop Music" which works well with 'on board' music, but does not stop the 'X Box radio' available since Amber update. Great to have radio anyway ...
