Windows 10: screen saver goes to black screen and locks

I am having a problem setting a screen saver on my new Windows 10. When setting a screen saver and selecting "Preview" or setting a screen saver and having it go to it at the appropriate time limit, the screen saver displays properly.

However, when hitting a key or mouse move or click, instead of returning to Windows, it displays a black screen and locks. I have tried everything, at the black screen, to return to windows without any luck, other than manually turning the PC off and rebooting.

Lock Screen Refreshing

So when I have the screen saver set to (None), On resume, display logon screen enabled, and the wait time set to lets say 1 minute, the screen saver behaves as expected. After 1 minute of inactivity, the screen goes blank, then to the lock screen which
is the time, date and a background image. The issue is that every minute after that, the screen saver re-initiates and starts the process over again meaning, every minute, the lock screen goes to the Login screen, but with a loading wheel, screen goes blank,
then shows the lock screen again. The screen saver should check to see if the screen is already locked before initiating. There isn't a security issue but its irritating when i'm working next to my machine or reading a book, I see the screen changing every
minute or so.

 

I have the same issue. Any answers to this one?
