Windows 10: Screen saver that is set to Photos is splitting photos in half across a laptop and monitor

When I use photos for the screen saver, half thephoto appears on the laptop and half appears on a monitor. Instead of thishalf-half situation, I want one of the following:100% of the photo to appear on the laptop blackon the monitor;100% of the photo to appear on the monitor blackon the laptop; or 100% of the photo to appear on the monitor and100% to appear on the laptop.How do I get one of those three options?I have a 15” laptop with 3840 x 2400 resolution. Ihave a 25” monitor with 2560 x 1440 resolution. The multiple-display option is“Extend these displays.” The monitor is

Win10 photos screen saver not working

Hi. Since a time back, my photos screen saver does not work anymore.

The preview works fine enough, but no screen saver ever starts after the time I set.

I have NUCi3BEH with Win10 Pro 20H2 with all drivers updated, all Store updates and all Windows updates.

I've tried some suggested fixes found by Google, but nothing helps.

It seems it's Windows screen savers in general that does not work, not only Photos.

Any suggestions please?

 

Screen Saver for use with my photos

I have a great screen saver that I have used for years - Firehand Screen Saver. Unfortunately now that I have come to install it on a new PC it won't recognise the ID and PW required. The guy who wrote and marketed it is no longer trading - the problem with one man businesses!

A remote hope - is anyone else using this screen saver (and its companion photo viewer Ember) and willing to pass on registration information
or
suggest a screen saver I can use with my photos. A search for free ones seems to just produce ones with built in images.

Have you tried Windows Screen saver?

Enter settings and in setting search bar type screen saver, when you type in the text you should get an option to Change Screen Saver

Inside of the screen saver pick photos, and then settings to point to photos.
