Windows 10: Screen Saver will not show all pictures exclusivelyin full screen mode

I run Windows 10 Pro v1607 (Build 14393.1884).

When I leave my PC idle for more than 15 minutes, a factory-set screen saver engages and displays a slide show of all the Wallpaper images in my Pictures folder. However, periodically it displays multiple images in tiled format.

How can I change W10's screen format to display images exclusively in full screen mode?

Screensaver shows only empty folders

Hi,

When I choose a picture folder to display as a slideshow in screensaver mode it shows the folder as empty, even though I know it has plenty of photos.

to reconfirm I checked the folders in picture and all the photos are there. When the PC goes into screen saver mode it displays a black screen telling me there is nothing to show in that folder?

I updated from windows 8 to 10 and now I am having problems with the screen saver not showing pictures on a full screen. Any suggestions? I have tried changing the resolution but it is set at the highest.
