Windows 10: Screen Shaking with a line

Whenever I go to use my laptop on windows 10 it seems that there is a line at the top of the screen. It pops up regularly, but now whenever it appears the screen shakes. I've tried reinstalling and updating the display driver, I've turned it off and on, I've tried everything that has been shown. I thought it could have been overheating I used it around 3 hours straight on a cloth when the issues showed up but when I removed the cloth and let it rest for a night, the issues were still there. Been pretty much unusable for video games ever since. Every tip about screen shaking hasn't worked, an

Shaking Screen

Since the recent update of windows 10 i.e. 1803 I have been facing an issue in which my screen starts shaking all of the sudden according to my observations I have noticed that shaking of the screen begins whenever I watch a video in Google Chrome Web
Browser please suggest me how to fix this issue as this is very annoying.

Never have I faced this issue in any of the previous versions of Windows also the shaking goes away as soon as I close-open the laptop LID once.

 

win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software

BUT i still have the line on screen.

After the installation of windows 10, initially there were creation of line at top and bottom of screen. but now a day my laptop screen start shaking in up and down direction with the interval of 5 second. my laptop is of ASUS of model X551CA. please give
me some suggestions so that i can restart my study on my laptop.
