Windows 10: Screen size reduced when opening MSN. Outlook. Cannot make it full screen. How can I repair?

When I open MSN. Outlook browser the window is reduced by about 25%. Cannot seem to bring it back to a full screen Any suggestions?

Reduced Screen Size

11/6/16 Back in July Don kindly answered my question, and his answer worked. I was having a problem after remote technical support worked on my computer, and all my screens for Google, MSN, etc. were opening up at reduced size. Don advised that I should
open a Favorite, stretch the screen, then click on a link in that Favorite and click on "open in a new window" then stretch that screen. After doing that, I was to close the first window, then close the second. That worked fine.

Last night remote technical support worked on my computer again. I gave them the caution ahead of time that the screens should fill the window. When they finished, I had smaller screens. This morning I was able to enlarge the screens on the top, the left
edge and the right edge, but I cannot get the bottom edge to move out. Tried multiple times. Then I had remote technical support look at it. Over one hour later they had no solution.

I have an HP22-3010 All-In-One Desktop PC and want to utilize the 21-1/2" screen.

Can anyone please help? I do not want to "maximize" the screen on every website every time. Thank you.

 

Poll: Desktop Screen Size

This goes along with my Desktop Screen Res poll. A lot of people have been posting their monitor size in addition to voting in the poll, but I wanted to make an actual poll to put the screen size votes in a more easily readable format.

This is for desktop systems, not laptops. I've tried to include all screen sizes that people are likely to have; if yours is not listed, round up. If you have multiple, different-sized screens, check all that apply. I've also listed projectors as an option.

I didn't list individual sizes over 32" as these are typically not intended as PC monitors; just select "Larger."

 

Adjusting font size in Outlook folder list (2016/2019)

Hi folks
Is there a way to get this screen in Outlook 2016/2019.

Here in Outlook 2010 you can easily adjust the font size and type in the folder list (navigation pane) and other things which makes it much more readable on a large monitor - sometimes default fonts are too tiny - especially when viewed on large screens !!





I can't seem to get to similar screens in Outlook 2016/2019.
In Some places you can't set size either - you just get choice of small, large, larger !!!!!!! definitely a retrograde step IMO.
