Windows 10: Screen Snip has stopped working.

After the last couple of upgrades on my Windows 10 Home, Screen Snip is not working. Any advice, please.

My snipping tool has stopped working. The screen turns grey and blocks out the image I'm trying to snip. how can I fix this?

To resolve your concern about the issue, please follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Task Bar, and select
  Task Manager.
• Look for Snipping Tool, and click the End task button.

Microsoft Snipping Tool stopped working

I have been upset that the Microsoft Snipping Tool stopped working, the screen would go grey or black I using any other screen capture app. I tried all the solutions to fix the problem listed on all forums & web sites I finally found the solution: Trusteer
Endpoint Protection program. It blocks any screen capture apps. I you open the program, click "Edit Policy" in the Security Policy box. Once in there change the "Block Screen Capture" box to "Never", click Save. You must Reboot your computer to activate.
This solves the problem of the Snipping Tool or any other Screen Capture programs from working.
