Windows 10: Screen stuck on Just a moment!

Hi!I had the Blue Screen Bitlocker issue, I tried everything to solve it, it kept cancelling the reset option.I succeeded to reset after using the repair option from myasus.During the reset I encountered the OOBEEULA ERROR, which i solved with a command prompt I found on YouTube and now my screen is stuck on Just a moment! for an hour. Is it safe to forceshutdown?Are there other solutions?I just bought this laptop from the Asus official site, it came with installed OS. I used it only for a couple of hours and when i opened it today this happened.

Windows 10 Activation Stuck on "Just a Moment"

I've seen other posts about hanging on installs, but I am not trying an install. Just got a new Lenovo X1 Carbon with Win 10 installed. Powered up and went through a few activation steps. Chose the Express installation. Now I am stuck with a screen that
says "Just a Moment" with spinning circles. Tried to reboot, but it goes back to the same screen after booting every time. Any suggestions?

I reinstalled off a recovery drive that I made of my qosmio laptop, it has been stuck on the just a moment screen now for 2 hrs. Any suggestions?????.

It was previously running win10 with no issues
