    This happen when i tried to boot my pc. The pc boot normally and fine and then it goes black with no display but i can move the cursor of my mouse. I tried to alt+ctrl+delete and nothing happens i open the cmd trough installation media and tried the "bootrec /rebuildbcd, bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot" and nothing happens whenever i type bootrec /fixboot on cmd its say access denied and i tried to run chkdsk but still nothing happens and the sfc scannow also doesnt work it show "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation" and then i tried to run start up repai

    Windows 10 install stuck with black screen without cursor


    Yesterday I upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and at the time of installation it gives message it may restart several times. It progressed to auto restarting after the installing step, but after the restart and gone through the dell startup screen blank, there is no cursor or anything on the screen, and it’s just black. I left it for over half an hour and still nothing. I did a shut down pressing the power button. Again I stared my laptop and it works but my bitdefender antivirus has been stopped working. So I uninstalled and searched for the windows 10 compatible bitdefender patch and installed.

    Now its working perfectly.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
