Windows 10: Screen suddenly has pink horizontal lines, and blue vertical lines slowely appearing and...

I was just googling, and suddenly almost my whole screen is pink horizontally lined, except from the upper 2 mm. When scrolling, the letters were stuck in pink, but black one did scroll. Now I also have blue vertical lines slowly appearing when im on a dark page, and in those lines i can see the previous page i had open. for example, i am on a white webpage, and open dark-mode whatsapp. Blue lines slowely appear, and i can see the browser that i was just looking at. I am on a Lenovo ideapad s340. I have tried to update the intel graphic driver, with the intel graphic assistant. This did not wo

I have horizontal pink and blue lines starting at the top of my touch screen at start up. The only way to "fix" the problem is to use the touchscreen and restart the computer. I can see a small portion of the desktop at the top of the screen and it appears
normal. Any suggestions?

 

win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software
