Windows 10: Screen Tear Netflix Fullscreen

I've tried to live with it but I can't, It's almost as bad as subtitles.

I've installed silverlight and played around with the Nvidia Settings. Nothing makes a difference.

[1 and a half years!] Diagonal Screen Tearing still unfixed.

Fullscreen mode isn't helping for me, KOTOR has the tearing issue you described.

 

Screen tearing on certain games while using Windows 10.

Hey,

I upgraded to Windows 10 this morning. Before Windows 10, I never had any problems concerning screen tearing. I launched Black Ops 2 and noticed the screen was tearing. This had never happened before when I used Windows 8.1. I updated my graphics card drivers,
and made sure my global 3D settings were using my NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M instead of the Intel HD Graphics. The screen tearing continued despite this. I tried other games and they had no screen tearing. I did find two fixes, the first was to enable VSync, however
this caused massive amounts of mouse acceleration, and the second fix was to use windowed fullscreen instead of the normal fullscreen. This made the game feel choppy, despite my FPS being 60+. My PC is a Toshiba Satellite S70-A-10C. I have an Intel Core i5
323M @ 2.6GHz, 8GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M.

Does anyone know a fix to this problem, or if there is a patch that will fix the problems?

I suggest to install the app from the Store.

 

Go into the Nvidia Control Panel and turn on Vertical sync for Chrome.
Even on my Dual Graphics Laptop and it's smaller Nvidia Control Panel you can do that for selected applications, Chrome is in there.

Waft the mouse over Vertical sync and it shows Typical usage scenarios: There are 5 points bulleted in there, educational read.
