Windows 10: Screen time limit on my own account

I'm 21 years old now but I used to have a Microsoft account that was listed as a child. I don't know what happened but it started giving me screen time limits out of nowhere and I can't get the codes because I'm not in contact with whoever the "adult" windows keeps asking me to ask more time from. It's annoying to have to create an entirely new account just so I can use my device because it locks me out since I have to approach some adult to get a code so that I can continue to keep using my own device.The microsoft account is already around 6 or 7 years old and I've never encountered this pro
