    Screen tinted blue from Windows 10 update


    Got a notification today that I should update Windows 10, as the previous version I've been running is running out of support. I decided to go ahead with it, but upon returning when it finished noticed that my screen now had a distinctly bluish tint that it hadn't before. From what I've looked up so far, it may be a driver issue, as the screen returned to normal when I restored it to the previous version, but my drivers (Intel UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) both claim to be up to date and have no rollback option available anyway.


    Is there a way to avoid or fix this strange tinting after updating? Is it best to just avoid the update?

    Laptop screen has blue tint


    I connected the laptop to my tv and it shows the right colours. (black and white photos are now correct, not with that blue tint). (Before this problem my screen had this blue tint for circa 10 seconds, after that it changed to the right colors.)

    I never showed any examples of my problem. See the attached images. Those are black and white images, but on my screen they are black, white and light blue-ish.

    Laptop screen has blue tint


    It helps a little bit, but generally my screen keeps that blue tint just less blue-ish.
