Windows 10: Screen turn off timer does not work properly

I set a screen turn of time in Windows 11. Example - if I set it to 1 minute. After 1 minute it turns off the display and again turns on automatically. Without even any mouse or keyboard movement. Turns off and turns on straightaway. I ran the troubleshooter and installed Windows updates as well. No LUCK. Please do not suggest me to install clean windows. I would have done that If it was possible. It is so frustrating that Microsoft does not treat these BUGS properly. Even these kinds of little issues. It is like we are living in a pool of bugs.

I will certainly help you with the Solitaire timer.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to turn off the timer:

• Run the game, and go to the top left corner, and click on the
  game option/symbol […].
• Click on the settings, and search for the timer option.
• Select the timer option from on to
  off.

Screen saver, display timer and sleep timer stopped working.

I've got a Dell AIO with Windows 11 and everything worked perfect. After the July 2023 updates KB5028851 and KB5028185, my screen saver, display timer and sleep timer stopped working. Reading through a couple of the threads on the subject here I found a temporary fix for the screen saver and display time: I set the sleep timer to "Never", which allows the screen saver and display timer to work. BUT, I need a fix for the sleep timer please.
