Windows 10: Screen turning off for no reason

Whenever I go on a google meet call I don't know if it is limited to meet calls but that is when I see it happen, which is often, for school and hanging out with long-distance friends, every once in a while my entire screen will go black for a second then turn on again into the lockscreen. It continues to do this repeatedly every few seconds and sometimes stays black for up to 30s. I have Windows 11 and I set the settings so that it turns off after 30mins, but it'll turn off every few seconds multiple times and there's nothing I can do to turn it back on or stop it. I just have to let it run

Endless black screen without anything but it is on

There are several reasons why the screen turns black only. It can be an issue with the software or hardware. Please answer the following questions:

• Are there any major changes made on your computer before the issue started?
• Have you performed any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
