Windows 10: Screen turning off then locking after one minute of inactivity even when screen time out is...

My screen turns off after one minute of inactivity then returns to my lock screen. I have changed the screen timeout settings to 'never' for both when the laptop is plugged in and when it is running on battery power.i have tried changing the time out mode to 30 minutes when the laptop is plugged in and when it is running on battery power, I have also tried changing the power mode multiple times but nothing changed. My laptop is completely updated and Dynamic lock is not enabled.It feels like I've tried everything, please help.

Disable inactive lock screen.


Good afternoon,

I've got a feeling I'm missing something really basic but I am unable to disable the lock screen that appears after approx 5 minutes of inactivity.
I've used registry and deactivated it following tutorials but that has only stopped the lock screen on start up.

I'm sure I've got it turned off in settings but it still appears.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
