Windows 10: Screen will not stop flickering black with rainbow flashes and "shaking/vibrating" after...

I have repeatedly update/disable my display adapter to no avail. My screen flickers black with the Intel Iris Plus Graphics and the Microsoft basic display adapter. Also, my task manager flickers as well. I use a Surface Laptop 3, and was hoping to find solutions. I have also have reset my PC and still face this problem. Has anyone found a solution to this horrible problem?

Black screen on specific websites and letters shaking

Hello. I was on my computer and suddenly I saw the text on my screen shaking and being all blurry. After a while it stopped but then a few moments later when I went to google meet the screen was black and black and white stripes were flickering up and
down the page. I also went to the billboard site and it started doing the black and white lines thing again. The only way to stop it from flickering is if I x out of the site. Help?

For all those people who face this error please find below the easiest solution for this error.

1. First of all click on the Catalyst Control Center.
   
2. Now click on ‘3D Application Settings’.
   
3. All you have to do is change the ‘Wait for Vertical Refresh’ option to ‘On, unless application specifies’.

• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.

Also uninstall and reinstall Display drivers from manufacturer website and check. Refer the steps below.
