Windows 10: Screen won't come back on

    Screen won't come back on


    I recently set my screen to turn off after 3 minutes as per the energy recomendations. I now find that the computer / screen wont come back about 1 in 5 times requiring a hold off the power button to turn off the computer then power back on. Which of course I lose anything I may have been doing. I have tried different turn off times but still randomly happens. I have checked that the keyboard and mouse can bring the computer out of sleep etc. I am running Windows 11 latest build on a Asus all inone computer. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksGraeme

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    A program won't come to the foreground (Windows 10)

    I have a program (QGIS, which uses QT5) that will not come to the foreground. It starts maximized (that's fine) but it stays behind all my other programs. It can be focused, and I can work in QGIS, but any non-minimized programs stay in front of it.

    I have tried the AutoHotKey script suggested in an answer in this post:
    Program windows won't come to foreground when selected in Windows 8.1 but it didn't help.

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
