Windows 10: Screen won't display an image at 60Hz after latest Windows 10 update....

Hi everyone, i've tried to chat with Microsoft customer support but i always get kicked off for random reasons. So I'm posting here hoping someone can help.I have a Dell U3218K as my main center display and two wing monitors dell u2720Q and U2718Q. The u3218K and u2720Q are plugged into my Nvidia GTX 1070 via displayport while the U2718Q is plugged into the Intel Graphics card also via displayport. The U3218k was working fine at 60Hz prior to the latest Windows update. After the update my computer restarted and everything seemed to be ok, but a few minutes into Windows, suddenly everything

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
