Windows 10: Screens go black and computer fans go on full blast, computer unresponsive and eventually...

I have run into a recurrent problem with my computer screens suddenly going black and my fans go on full blast, usually in the middle of playing a game. When it happens, I still get audio, but my computer is not responsive to input e.g. people can't hear me in Discord, my game does not save when I hit F5 despite me still hearing game audio. After a few minutes my computer will reboot.I've run into this problem before - although always happening after I bump into my computer case, and fixed by me making sure the power cables are secure. Computer Black Screen

I normally leave my computer run 24/7 but lately the computer has to be rebooted daily because it does the following:

• Becomes unresponsive with a black screen
• Network link goes down when this happens
• Computer can't be revived and simply has to be rebooted.

Event logs show NOTHING when this happens and I know the rough time when it happens because I have nagios monitoring my network including this computer and it tells me when it looses internet, etc.

I've replaced the video card with a brand new one yet this still happens. I'm thinking it has to be a bad PSU or mainboard but I'm unsure what to do to resolve it.

 

PC keeps restarting randomly and will blast its fans

I have a pretty good computer that I use for gaming mostly. The specs are Intel Core i-9900k and an nvidia rtx 2080 with 16 gbs of ram and a 800 watt power supply. It's drivers are up to date and Windows is updated. The issue is that it will randomly just
restart and blast its fans, sometimes the screen will go black and the fans will blast too and the only way to fix it is to press the physical button to turn it off. I suspect that it is my gpu that is messing up however I do not know what the issue is.
