Windows 10: Screens turns off and wont start back up unless PC is restarted

My girlfriends screens will randomly turn off sometimes whilst playing Games and wont connect back up unless PC is restarted. It happens on both of her monitors at the same time.When the incidents occur she: Pressess the on/off button on both monitors to turn them on. Reconnect the cables HDMI & power. And nothing works. You can still hear the sounds of the video she could be watching and the pc is still working as normal, just not the monitors. as they shut off/blackscreenI have tried:Redownloading the Graphics drivers.the drivers are up to dateRedownloading the Display drivers.Up

Got my new PC but it wont turn on...

well im starting back up on it now and I have no clue why my pc wont at least show me bios or anything its not even a blank screen just video isnt detected, any suggestions?

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

PC shut down, wont turn back on

The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.
