    Screensaver - What does the wait time actually mean?


    Hi. So I started using a screensaver not long ago because it looked interesting and I wanted to try it out, but it was in the Screen Saver Settings pop-up window that arose this question: What does the wait time actually mean? I have changed the wait time to see if anything has changed but I am still not sure what exactly it does...whether it means how long before it starts, how long it lasts for or whatever. I always wanted to know this but I never found out I know this may be a dumb question but I want to know :

    I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

    • Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
    • Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
    • Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
    • Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.Screensaver - What does the wait time actually mean? :)

    I'm unable to change the wait time on the screensaver, I've read the postings and replies. I wondered if there is currently a resolution.
