Windows 10: screenshot tool, print screen, and win shift s doesn't work

When I tried to take a screenshot it did not work. so then, i used print screen. still didn't work. tried snipping tool. didn't open, There was just a "working in background" with a blue loading next to my mouse. i already reset my pc. It still didn't work. I recently factory resettled my pc with files on. Still can't take a screen shot so i can't show what is going on, please help, or else i have to factory reset my pc again. I already did it like 17 times. i waited 1 hour for any screenshots and it didn't work!

Screenshot not working by using the Print Screen button

I have been using a desktop Windows 10 computer, with a Logitech K120 keyboard with a chord. But as the letters have worn off I changed it to a cordless Acer, but since then I haven't been able to use the Print Screen button to bring up the tools for the Snipping Tool & to do a screenshot using the Window key & Print Screen button. The Print Screen doesn't seem to work at all. I can use the shortcut for the Snipping Tool ie Windows + Shift + S, but I still can't take a screenshot. Would it have something to do with the fact the Print Screen button also has Insert on it as well (above)? Do I need to disable the top row of functions somehow to use the Print Screen?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 screenshot tool (snip&sketch) not working

win+shift+s/print screen screenshot tool captures a blank png image. I tried reinstalling and clearing its data but nothing worked. I hope someone have a solution.
